Bummer. Wtf is a solder joint? Do you mean Soldier or Shoulder.

I've been told that the Xbox 360 used a weak solder, to be more Green Friendly, but it ended up failing under the heat that the xbox could generate. I had one of those Original (x amount of) Xboxes.

Sucks that your xbox broke. And just as MW2 came out....damned Friday the 13th, eh? I guess this happened on the 12th, but still, blame today.

Funny thing... Thirteen is my lucky number.
It was suggested to try the towel trick, because really... My Warranty is expired so either way if I get it repaired it will cost me.

I'm just probably going to get an Arcade, or a 60Gig HD.

Dude just get an arcade and switch the hard drive. Like I did when mine broke. Then also on Halo you get 200 CC

And for the record I didn't know that was how you spelled 'solder' but I know what it is now.
