Sour Grunt Tournaments

When will they be?
They will happen about every 3 months

Basic Info:
Most will need the Ledgendary map pack but it will not be required for all tournaments. If it is required and a teammate does not have it, we suggest they get it or you have a substitute waiting for that round.


Rules:
-There must be teams of three(plus 2 substitutes if needed, must be listed)
-Each team must have a team name(ex: Final Boss, Str4ight Rippin'; from MLG pro circuit)
-Major Lag from teammate may result in disqualification of team(or put in a sub)
-Must save film and send in to HomerSGP? or Me or you?(not sure u tell me)
-Each team must have a captain
-Must use specified gametypes/maps if any
-All Teammates must be from SGP
*failure to follow any rules will result in immediate disqualification and -3 rep for each teammate


Now for the teams each team must have a team name, and for now must consist of AT LEAST 3 members (captain, members). The teams are allowed to have special names for their teammates.

Team Setup/Jobs:
1 Captain- Leads the team to victory, can add/remove people from team, sends in vids/Highlight pics and dload games/maps if any etc...
2 Members/Veterans/Specialists
-Members: Good with any weapon
-Veterans: Played in a previous CGN/HGN or Tournament
-Specialist: Specializes in a specific weapon or weapon class (ex: specs. in rockets or in heavy weps. or in long range, etc...)
2 Substitutes (Not Required)-encase a teammate cannot make it (that teammate however, will not receive rep from that game
*All Teammate additions must be stated on the topic, the teammate can contact the Captain via xbl if they cant or are unable to get on a pc.


Rewards and Rep:
Winning a match- you receive +2 rep ea. mem.
Losing a match- you will receive only +1 rep for ea. mem.
Winning a tournament - you receive +10 for ea. mem.
-2nd place - +5 rep for ea. mem.
-3rd place - +3 rep for ea. mem.

*Subs receive rep for the match they play in, if they win the winng match of the tournament, then the sub nor the teammate he/she is replacing receives winning tournament rep (+10) but instead receives +2 rep, like winning a regular match.

I will post the first sign up sheet for the first SGP tourney this weekend along with the sign up sheet for the end of the month CGN, and i should get a schedule up by tommorow.

What maps would you actually run the matches on? You should ask permission of the maker before you use a map someone forged... and you should get a really good forged map instead of a normal bungie stock map, or one that is slightly tweaked.

The maps change for every CGN. I'm sure most don't mind. I mean we get all from ForgeHub where they did post it for all to see.
The current maps are all non-bungie and all 100% ForgeHub/Community made. Check the tournament thread for details.

all maps we use we give credit to by not putting it on our file share if we need you to dload a map well give you a link to the b.net file share of the original maker(thats why we use FH maps cuz we know the original maker.
