We've currently disabled all advertisements across the network until we can pinpoint where some adult ads are coming from that a small number of users have reported.

While we strive for safe, family friendly advertisements, at times some inappropriate ads might get through our system. If this is the case, please email <REMOVED> including the following:

1) URL where ad was displayed
2) Screenshot of ad
3) Date accessed

We will do our best to work with the various ad-networks to get these removed.

It has recently been brought to our attention that a small number of users are experiencing redirecting or offensive advertisements when visiting forums on the FreeForums.org network. We hold our advertisers to the same high standards that we hold our forums to and will not tolerate any inappropriate ad material.

Unfortunately, the issues at hand are somewhat out of our control and are affecting the Internet as a whole not just FreeForums.org. A simple Google search revels that these same ads are being shown on millions of other websites across the web.

We will continue to work with our ad networks and figure out a solution while these violating companies are caught. Until then, we have removed all advertisements across the board until Monday. If you see any redirections/offensive ads in the meantime, and going forward, please email including the following information:

1) Date ad was accessed
2) URL ad appeared on
3) Action you were taking when ad appeared (loging in, posting, viewing topic, etc)
